my fitness routine :)

Hi! My name is Brooke. My fitness journey began back in 2020 when we were on COVID lockdown. I always did weights and workouts being a student-athlete in high school. Although, I began to seriously start my fitness journey when we were all stuck home! I had committed to play softball at the collegiate level and wanted to get stronger in hopes to earn a starting position. I downloaded a 30 day fitness program and the rest was history! Now I strive to encourage others to stay active to not only be fit but also help the longevity and wellness of our lives!
Through much trial and error, I have learned what works best for my body! In the past I put an emphasis on strength training to build muscle during my time in college, though I now am focusing on endurance and high intensity interval training. Just as life has seasons so does our bodies! Though I am now focusing on HIIT workouts, I also offer strength training workouts on my instagram!
The biggest things I've learned through my fitness journey is that you need to do your own research. Influencers in the fitness industry can easily sway us to believe that if we do exactly what they do, we will get EXACTLY the same results as them...and this is NOT THE CASE! Everyone's body is different! And we don't have to LOOK EXACTLY the same to be beautiful! Do what makes YOU feel best!
